In Celebration of Food

So many amazing fresh fruits and veggies grow in the warm volcanic soil of puna on the Big Island. I am a chef who enjoys working with locally grown and harvested ingredients to create innovative and exotically delicious omnivore, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

Can you identify all these locally grown Big Island fruits? Pineapple, Passionfruit (lilikoi), Papaya, Starfruit, Tangerine, Tahitian Lime, Meyer Lemon, Guava, Banana, Grapefruit, Avocado, Rambutan, Jaboticaba and Oranges.
